About Us

The Baypoint Counseling Center uses a number of therapeutic techniques, tailoring our treatment to each client’s needs. We encourage clients to be active participants in their therapy, identifying problems and setting goals as a team. Our mental health counselors have been trained in cognitive-behavioral and systemic therapy, and use both in our practice to help change patterns that are not effective, as well as to reach an understanding of the origin of those patterns.
