She is currently completing her Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) credential through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. Virginia is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Virginia specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, nutritional deficiencies, and a range of digestive health conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal infections, dysbiosis, and other digestive health concerns. She has extensive experience working across multiple levels of care in the treatment of eating disorders, supporting individuals with complex medical, nutritional, and psychological presentations.

Her therapeutic orientation is person-centered and psychodynamic, while also drawing from mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices. Her nutrition work is evidence-based and informed by a root-cause approach that considers the nutritional, physiological, lifestyle, and environmental factors that influence health. When appropriate, she incorporates laboratory data and functional testing to help identify potential contributors to a client's symptoms and health concerns. She works collaboratively with clients to develop individualized plans and practical strategies that reflect their unique circumstances, needs, and priorities.

Virginia is committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where individuals can better understand themselves, their health, and the challenges they face through curiosity, openness, and self-reflection. She believes that when we develop a broader understanding of our experiences and the factors that influence them, new possibilities for healing, growth, and meaning often emerge.
