We are happy to talk about offering a sliding scale fee based on your specific needs and circumstances.

Note: We are an out-of-network practice and do not accept insurance directly. This means payment is due in full at the time of service.

To help you get reimbursed (if you have out-of-network benefits), you have two options:

  • Superbill: We can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to your insurance company. If you have out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse you directly.

  • Mentaya: We partner with Mentaya, a service that helps you easily check your eligibility for reimbursement and can even submit claims for you. We recommend using their tool to understand your coverage.
